We currently have two ‘off-the-shelf’ designs:

 

• A 45m2 one bedroom house

• A 70m2 two bedroom house.

 

Their compact, space efficient forms unlock difficult, physically constrained sites and the modest building footprints are ideally suited to locations where space is at a premium.

Low risk, non-disruptive, quick to build. The proven designs are fully building regulations compliant and suitable for mortgage finance.

 

The concept is a synergy of modern methods of construction (MMCs) and high quality, traditional fit out and finishes.

 

We intelligently combine the following key design elements:

 

• Helical screw piling

• Galvanised steel substructure

• Structural insulated panels

• Air source heat pump

• Hot water storage with heat recovery

• Under floor heating
